Office Administration is a Lotus Notes application comprised of five separate modules which can be implemented separately or can be integrated as required.

The modules include Holidays, Sickness, Expenses, Timesheet,Personnel / HR and Purchase Orders. Timesheets is also available as a separate, comprehensive module.

What versions of Lotus Notes Domino?

Our applications are available for use within Lotus Notes and Domino 6.0x,7.0x, 8.0x and from January 10th 2009, now 8.5.x

There are two primary version releases available:

Office Administration 6.8 Applications Suite

Office Administration Suite 6.8 Applications all run on Lotus Notes Domino 6.5.x through to Lotus Notes 7.03 Domino 7.03.

This version will run within a mixed environment of servers and clients between those versions of Lotus Notes and Domino.

So, this includes applications such as Leave Manager, Expenses, Timesheets and the other applications, whether used individually, or within the suite.

Office Administration 7.0 Applications Suite

Office Administration 7.0 Suite applications all run on Lotus Notes Domino 7.x and 8.x including the recently launched Lotus Notes 8.5 and Domino 8.5

This version will coexist and run within a mixed environment of Lotus Notes 7.x and Lotus Notes 8.x clients and version 8 Domino servers.

Whilst this is these are standard configurations, some customers do run in mixed Domino 7 and Domino 8 server environements also.
