Consequently, if a customer requires a product or service we do not offer, or has requirements that we feel are unachievable or unreasonable within the given parameters, we will choose to decline the opportunity. We have always managed the company for the long term. This is reflected in our consistent financial stability over the last 25 years, long term partnerships with our customers and high staff retention levels which allow our customers to benefit from our experience and expertise. Futhermore, our long term stability has allowed us to invest in the development of our employees skills, new services and world class product development. We aim to establish partnerships with our customers and manage their IT requirements over the long term. We offer complete wrap round IT provisioning services for a growing number of clients. We achieve high customer retention levels and we do not focus on quick wins, or short term financial gain; instead we build trust and solid relations with our customers over time. Our strong customer focus is reflected in the fact that we do not employ sales people and therefore do not need to meet sales overheads. Initial customer contact is with a member of the technical team who will then implement the project and be the main contact afterwards. We feel this approach enables us to deliver a better quality service, redeploy costs from sales personnel to investing in training for our technical staff and improves communication between the customer and the technical team as there is no 'middle man'. At basic, we don't need to use the sales approach as we offer solutions our customers require, not what we want to sell them. |
