Lotus Notes and Domino

Lotus Notes and Domino out of the box is a very flexible, powerful e-mail and collaboration system.
Additionally, Notes and Domino allows you to securely, easily and efficiently manage other types of information and enable dynamic collaboration at anytime, from anywhere, between ALL the people in your department or company.
This is because Notes and Domino is not simply e-mail, but a scalable environment from which many of your business processes can be run.

Used in a wide variety of industries, around the world, from small companies to massive multi-nationals, Notes and Domino is a fantastic solution providing efficient communication with the ability to share ideas, information or documents interactively within a single, common environment.

As at Q2 2005, IBM Lotus confidently said that the installed base of Lotus Notes / Domino worldwide was greater than 120 million users, to seriously improve business performance, productivity and efficiency, whilst reducing time, cost and cycle times.

Lotus Notes and Domino gives you:

  • Superb e-mail, Calendaring and Scheduling. No Hype.
  • One Single User environment for many applications helping information sharing or knowledge management
  • Server to run these applications for Lotus Notes or over the web.
  • Fantastic remote working ability using "Replication".

  • Now that Release 7 (R7) is now live, many customers are looking to upgrade. This is something that we can help you with. Basic offer upgrade services for both Notes Domino infrastructure and application development services to help you migrate to the next release. A major attraction to many is the fact that in the majority of cases, there is no "rip and replace" required. This is unlike the Microsoft Exchange general migration route.

If you are still running Lotus Notes / Domino release 5 (R5) then you should be aware that support for this particular version was discontinued at the end of September 2005. We are still working with customers on this version, so if you are unable to migrate, for whatever reason, we are still happy to work with you to support your platform.
