Basic implement new website design
We are really excited to share details of a large internal project that we've been working on for the last couple of months.
In our rare spare time and evenings, we've been preparing, coding and writing our new website. We have plans to massively update our website. We are planning that the first version of our new look should be ready in mid March 2011, with further versions released with more content every couple of months through-out 2011.
We have many things to work on over the next few months. Feel free to drop us a line though, with any thoughts on features that you'd like to see as well.
We aim to put some links on our homepage in late February, with our beta version, shortly before launch. At that time, we'll be asking for more feedback, so we ensure we get your opinions, before we go fully live.
Background: We decided that we'd try our hand at writing our own website as everyone else we talked, sadly, was not going to, or proved unable to meet our needs!
To that end, we've created a new team that will begin to design and develop websites for our customers, so if you'd like to talk to us about updating your site, please contact us!

Below are a few summary features that we expect to be implementing;
- New updated design, look and feel
- Better details of our Products and Services offerings
- Integration with our back end systems - Customers will soon be able to access our Documentation, Wiki and download areas
- Integration with our Call and Job Management systems - Customers will soon be able to log and track their own Service Requests and Support Tickets and check on their resolution status.
